REFUND POLICY
Highdrate products are consumable food items. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.
As food and beverage products, our items cannot be returned due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons. This is in line with standard practices for packaged food products in India.
Damages & Delivery Issues
We take delivery complaints seriously. If your order arrived damaged, was incorrectly fulfilled, or you received a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs of the product or packaging where applicable. We review each complaint individually and will do our best to resolve it.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they have been dispatched from our warehouse. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please reach out to us as soon as possible with your order ID if you wish to cancel.
